Returns & Refunds Policy
At Behr Necessities, we want you to be happy with your order.
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer a voluntary 30 day return period from the date you receive your item.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@behrnecessities.de before sending anything back. Please include your order number and brief details of your return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.
Voluntary 30 day returns
Under our voluntary 30 day return policy, products should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
You may inspect the product, but it should not be damaged through use or handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to examine it.
For returns made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless we agree otherwise.
This voluntary 30 day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace them.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@behrnecessities.de.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where a return is required because goods are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Behr Necessities will cover the reasonable return costs.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Personalised or custom products
Products that are made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal exemption applies.
Where this exception applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised or custom product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
European Union statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the 14 day withdrawal period expires.
After informing us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable statutory period.
You may inspect the goods as you reasonably would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unless we have agreed to bear the cost, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind, provided you were properly informed of this responsibility before purchasing.
Refunds following an EU withdrawal
Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Reimbursement will generally be made within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For sales of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds under our voluntary 30 day return policy
For returns made under our voluntary 30 day return policy outside the statutory withdrawal period, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return qualifies under the policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently operate a separate exchange service.
If you would like a different product, please contact us regarding the return of your eligible item and place a separate order for the product you would like.
